Zrinka Stahuljak

Zrinka Stahuljak is Director of the CMRS Center for Early Global Studies (CMRS-CEGS) and Professor of French and Comparative Literature at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). Her work has been recognized with major fellowships (IAS Princeton; Fulbright; Guggenheim), several visiting professorships including at the Collège de France (2018), and in 2020 she was elected to the Croatian Academy of Arts and Sciences (2020). Among her books are Les Fixeurs au Moyen Âge: Histoire et littérature connectées (2021), Médiéval contemporain: Pour une littérature connectée (2020), Pornographic Archaeology: Medicine, Medievalism, and the Invention of the French Nation (2013; French trans. 2018), and the forthcoming Fixers: Agency, Translation, and Literature in the Middle Ages (UP Chicago).
